A CA RL environment with a motility reward


A glider (placed by the author) moving in CA RL environment that rewards changing center of mass. The reflex glider, traveling at about c/4 (25% of maximum speed in Life) yields 0.42 or 0.44 reward per step, and about 20 when crossing the edge of the action space or edge of the universe.
